Booking & Policies
Booking & Payment
A 50% initial payment is required to secure your booking and begin work. The remaining 50% is due at the applicable project milestone: the day after a photo/video shoot, upon presentation of initial design concepts, upon presentation or completion of fine art, or following a creative direction session or presentation. Specific payment terms are confirmed in your project agreement.
Creative Process & Revisions
Design, illustration, fine art, and creative direction projects include two rounds of revisions unless otherwise specified. New concepts, changes to the original brief, or additional work are billed at $55/hour unless separately quoted. Deviations from the agreed brief will be corrected at no additional cost. Subjective dissatisfaction alone does not void earned payment obligations.
Turnaround & Delivery
Photography is delivered within 14 days, video within 3 weeks, initial graphic design concepts within 2 weeks, and creative direction one-sheeters within 3 weeks. Fine art timelines are established individually. All timelines are estimates unless otherwise agreed in writing, and may be affected by delayed feedback or approvals. Rush delivery is available upon request for an additional fee.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Initial payments reserve dedicated time and support project preparation and are not automatically refundable once work or commitments have begun. Cancellations are assessed based on completed work, earned milestones, nonrecoverable expenses, and applicable law. Rescheduling is subject to availability and written approval.
Files, Ownership & Usage Rights
CHC Agency retains copyright and ownership of preliminary concepts, unused designs, RAW photos, unedited footage, sketches, and working files. Final deliverables and agreed usage rights are provided after full payment. Unpaid concepts may not be used or replicated without authorization. Editable source files are excluded unless separately agreed upon, and CHC Agency may decline their release.
Additional Services & Portfolio Rights
Additional edits, alternate cuts, formats, or work outside the agreed scope may require separate fees. Clients are responsible for necessary materials, approvals, and third-party permissions. CHC Agency reserves the right to display project work in portfolios, on its website, social media, and promotional materials. Publication delays may be requested subject to written approval.
All bookings are subject to CHC Agency's Creative Services Agreement and applicable service-specific terms.
