Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
All projects require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking and initiate work. This deposit covers preliminary planning, scheduling, and creative preparation. Once paid, deposits cannot be refunded under any circumstance.
Cancellations
If a client chooses to cancel a project after booking, all deposits and payments made up to that point are
non-refundable.
For projects where significant progress or materials have already been produced (including digital files, design drafts, sketches, or painted work), additional payment may be required to cover time and resources invested.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling may be permitted at my discretion and is not guaranteed. Requests to reschedule must be made in writing with as much notice as possible.
Approved reschedules will be accommodated based on availability and may incur an additional fee if significant preparation or resourcing changes are required.
Project Pauses or Delays
If a project is paused or delayed by the client for more than 14 days without communication, the project may be considered CANCELLED. Deposits will not be refunded, and a new booking and deposit may be required in order to resume work.
Revisions
Unless otherwise noted, all projects include two (2) complimentary rounds of revisions. After the second round, additional revisions will be billed at $50 per hour.
Photography, logo design, and painting projects are excluded from this revision structure and follow their own respective creative processes and deliverables.
To keep timelines on track, revision notes must be provided within 5 business days of receiving drafts or proofs. Delayed feedback may affect turnaround times or incur additional scheduling fees.
Artist / Designer Cancellations
In the rare event that I need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, the deposit will either:
Be applied in full toward a rescheduled date, OR
Be refunded if rescheduling is not possible.
